YOGA CLASSES TO TAKE
There are lots of different classes you could attend, all of which help you discover the power, peace, and balance within.
Power Yoga is a challenging, flowing style of yoga. During a 70- or 95-minute class, you’ll be in a hot room, where the mix of sweat and surrender will test you and encourage you to reach your true potential.
This 75-minute flowing yoga practice takes place in a comfortably warm room. It breaks down the fundamentals of the Power Yoga sequence, but works at a slower pace. Ideal for beginners, you get more instruction on alignment, technique, and breath work.
This blend of yoga and Pilates combines low-impact conditioning, strength work, and Tabata training. This intensive, full-body workout is set to music designed to:
• Strengthen muscles
• Improve flexibility
• Improve overall health
This conditioning class incorporates moves from barre, Pilates, and yoga. In the 45 minutes that you’re working out, you’ll tighten, tone, and strengthen your entire body while dedicating special attention to your core.
