Came in for a 6-month check. Dennis Pellegrino came out to help right away; he found it was too early for an oil change, so we skipped that (refreshing). He and the shop got my car turned around in an hour and a half. Was kept well informed. Appreciate the thorough wash and surprisingly good interior detailing. Great experience!
My experience at IRA Lexus was pleasant from the time I called for an appointment to service my car to the time I picked up my car. Everyone was so kind and helpful! My car was done quickly. The service has gone down hill. Often, there is only 1-2 representatives and the wait for check in or check out is inefficient. Yesterday, when I picked up my vehicle. I had to wait 30 minutes for the car to be brought around. I went back inside after 15 or 20 minutes and it seemed as though the person that was supposed to bring the vehicle to me had gone on break and there was a communication gap. Therefore, I had to stand and wait for approximately 30 minutes. In addition when I got the vehicle there was a sticky substance all along the ...

Ira Lexus has the best run service team bar none. You pull into the welcome bay and Tom greets you with a smile. You step into the service center and Dennis greets you with a smile and outlines the scheduled service and provides an estimate. Dennis then walks you back into the bay where a brand new RX350 is set up as my loaner for the day. A few hours later Dennis calls you to let you know your car is ready. The entire experience reinforces your decision to continue doing business with Ira Lexus!
Service riders were very pleasant and helpful. It was a nice pleasant experience. The technicians were relatively all apprentices. We had to come back so that they could reprogram service to warning light, but everyone was friendly.

This time I went there for a recall installation of the air bag sensor. I got a nice loaner because the installation takes a few hours. Nice to know that they also checked other things about the car and told me everything was green. On the following day, I picked up my car with a wonderful surprise, it was clean with a full tank of gas!

Went in for maintenance, it took too long and I feel I should get more updates rather than just waiting there and wondering how much longer will I need to wait. I was the first one there at 7am and still took 2+ hours for it to complete and no one came to tell me that we working on it and it will be another 30 minutes or something of this sort; vs me going and asking for updates. If I drive a premium car, you kind of want premium service as well in my honest opinion.
