Excellent attention and service for my new previously owned RX350 at Ira lexus in Danvers. They found a tire needing replacing probably from a pothole. It was taken care of in a timely manner. I was also provided with a loaner for the rest of the day.

I have had service there one other time, and it wasn’t as good as the one I had today with David Gesler, he was fantastic. He was kind understanding and fair. I will continue to come and have work done there for my car and I will definitely go through him from now on

The sales people are pleasant and knowledgeable. The system is prepared with pictures for all the questions the staff will be asked. I look forward to coming twice a year. I sit in the back area & plug in. Peace & quiet! So much nicer than Toyota!

It looked like usual Lexus service. Washing and vacuuming of the car came as a pleasant bonus. Yet a junk fee of $31 which was not included in the service fee quote on the website was a disappointing ripoff. The assistant might want to adjust his style of communication with clients, making it more formal.

Mike Walsh was very cordial and helpful. Denis Pellegrino kept me updated throughout the entire process. I was given a loaner to use while repairs were made. I would highly recommend this dealership.

They are very organized and on time with appointments and completion of the job. They do a multipoint inspection with a video explaining everything about your car. There’s never any surprises. You are given a courtesy vehicle to rent if you need it also. They even detail the car after working on it going above and beyond other places.

Came in for a 6-month check. Dennis Pellegrino came out to help right away; he found it was too early for an oil change, so we skipped that (refreshing). He and the shop got my car turned around in an hour and a half. Was kept well informed. Appreciate the thorough wash and surprisingly good interior detailing. Great experience!

The service has gone down hill. Often, there is only 1-2 representatives and the wait for check in or check out is inefficient. Yesterday, when I picked up my vehicle. I had to wait 30 minutes for the car to be brought around. I went back inside after 15 or 20 minutes and it seemed as though the person that was supposed to bring the vehicle to me had gone on break and there was a communication gap. Ira Lexus has the best run service team bar none. You pull into the welcome bay and Tom greets you with a smile. You step into the service center and Dennis greets you with a smile and outlines the scheduled service and provides an estimate. Dennis then walks you back into the bay where a brand new RX350 is set up as my loaner for the day. A few hours later Dennis calls you to let you know your car is ready. The entire experience reinforces your decision to continue doing business with Ira Lexus!

Service riders were very pleasant and helpful. It was a nice pleasant experience. The technicians were relatively all apprentices. We had to come back so that they could reprogram service to warning light, but everyone was friendly.
